My thoughts on the Ysl Touche Elcat Foundation

Hello, heres my thoughts on the Ysl Touche Elcat Foundation, my colour is B30.
My initial first thoughts on this foundation was WOW, it was so smooth on the skin, and looked so natural.
I have combination oily skin, this is the second time I have purchased this foundation and it cost me £30.50 and you get 30ml of product which is the box standard for most foundations, but does vary in price depending on where you buy it from. Cheapest place I have found it at is feel unique which is an online store and its currently going for £25.88.
It lasted on the skin without a primer or powder for a good 6-7 hours after that you may need to touch up, it hasn’t oxidised on the skin which means it hasn’t turned orange or gone darker on the skin with the oxygen reacting to the product.
I would highly highly recommend it if your looking for something that looks natural and gives you a healthy glow and don’t have much to cover, it also hasn’t broke me out which is rare for me as most foundations do. If you have really oily skin I would still recommend it just make sure you use a matt primer underneath and use a talc free powder in the places you need it. You could also use a setting spray, urban decay has a few and also there are a few cheaper ones in boots and super drug.
Lets move on to the packaging , as you can see it has a lovely gold colour which aways looks fancy and expensive, it has a lovely pump and I find 2 pumps is the perfect amount, for me. Its quite heavy so it definitely feels like a high end foundation.
All in all I give this foundation 4 stars
