Review On Gerard Cosmetics Lipstick in 1995

Heyy guys :)

Heres my review on the Gerard Cosmetics Lipstick in colour 1995.

Here I am wearing the lipstick, with no lipliner or primer

I bought this lipstick from the Gerard Cosmetics main website for £11.65.
This lipstick is apparently the one that Kylie Jenner uses, which looked amazing in the photos, and it seemed everyone wanted to have that colour lips. A lot of brands have now brought out a similar colour lipstick out, but this is the one that supposedly she used. So of course I had to go and purchased this with my own money to see what all the hype was about. Let me just say that this is so natural looking and gives you a nice deep red/brown colour to the lips.
I absolutely love this lipstick and think it will suite any colourings. The formula of this lipstick is a little drying and if you have dry chapped lips it may accentuate these. So make sure you use lip balm or a primer prior. This lasts between 2-3 hours on the lips so it is quite a long wearing lipstick.

All in all I highly recommend this to everyone .

Getting Diagnosed with Postural Orthastatic Tachycardia Syndrome

Hi guys :) me again
Just thought I would write this post, as its not a well known condition and wanted to spread the word really and hope to get treatment for me.
I was diagnosed March 2013 by a tilt table test which is where you lie on a bed strapped in for 20 mins then another 20 mins tilted near enough 90 degrees which really wasn’t pleasant at all I blacked out twice and my heart rate was monitored whilst this was happening. they then diagnosed me with Postural Orthastatic Tachycardia Syndrome.
Way before this all started couple years ago I began getting dizzy when standing up and moving about but thought nothing of it really, It then began getting worse and worse and at this time I loved attending the gym, I would go about 4-5x a week, but I couldn’t go as often because I would get dizzy and out of breath easily,I also wanted to do the Brighton Marathon which I trained nearly everyday for couple of months but had to completely stop as I would become unconscious and get dizzy whilst training and knew I wouldn’t of been able to complete the marathon.
And now every time I get up or move around or pick something up I get dizzy and sometimes I will have what I call a semi-fit as my legs would spasm out or my arms or both.
In my area its not a known condition and they don’t know how to treat me, because basically what happens what I stand up my heart rate goes very fast and then not enough oxygen actually goes to my brain, hence becoming dizzy.
Lately symptoms are getting worse and now there finding there is an inbalance in my nervous system, as I have a tremor , restless leg syndrome, headaches daily.
Now I’m writing this post not because I want attention but because I want to reach out to those people who may also have this condition and maybe get some help.I live in the Kent area.
Thanks for reading x
But despite all of this I keep going and keep trying, I try not to let it bother me, but obviously we all do have our bad days. But I’m faithful that I will get better in the end

My thoughts on the Dior Star Foundation

Hello , here is my thoughts on the Dior Star Foundation
My first thoughts on this product has actually changed since getting this product, it is 30ml and I’m colour 023 which is quite yellow based but once blended in it matches perfectly. This foundation cost £32.00 from Debenhams.
Now my original thoughts on this foundation was that I hated it, due to not moisturising and applying it with my hands, Ive soon learnt that if you have any dry patches onto the skin, the best thing to do is to exfoliate and moisturise and use your favourite primer then apply with either a flat top kabuki brush or a beauty blender, which is my personal favourite way.
It is medium but buildable coverage, and gives a satin-matte finish,I have acne-prone skin and this hasn’t broken me out .  On my skin it lasted about 7-8 hours so its quite a long wearing foundation, and if not properly moisturised it will settle into the dry patches and not look pleasant.
The key thing to remember when buying this foundation though is that the colours aren’t the same as the rest of the Dior foundations so you maybe one colour in another but in the Dior star you will probably be a different colour so make sure you actually go to the store and get colour matched.
The packaging is a nice heavy glass bottle, and a pump which is a bonus. Its very classy looking and looks lovely on my vanity.
Overall this foundation is lovely and well worth the money.
I give this foundation 4Stars

My thoughts on the Ysl Touche Elcat Foundation

Hello, heres my thoughts on the Ysl Touche Elcat Foundation, my colour is B30.
My initial first thoughts on this foundation was WOW, it was so smooth on the skin, and looked so natural.
I have combination oily skin, this is the second time I have purchased this foundation and it cost me £30.50 and you get 30ml of product which is the box standard for most foundations, but does vary in price depending on where you buy it from. Cheapest place I have found it at is feel unique which is an online store and its currently going for £25.88.
It lasted on the skin without a primer or powder for a good 6-7 hours after that you may need to touch up, it hasn’t oxidised on the skin which means it hasn’t turned orange or gone darker on the skin with the oxygen reacting to the product.
I would highly highly recommend it if your looking for something that looks natural and gives you a healthy glow and don’t have much to cover, it also hasn’t broke me out which is rare for me as most foundations do. If you have really oily skin I would still recommend it just make sure you use a matt primer underneath and use a talc free powder in the places you need it. You could also use a setting spray, urban decay has a few and also there are a few cheaper ones in boots and super drug.
Lets move on to the packaging , as you can see it has a lovely gold colour which aways looks fancy and expensive, it has a lovely pump and I find 2 pumps is the perfect amount, for me. Its quite heavy so it definitely feels like a high end foundation.
All in all I give this foundation 4 stars

My thoughts on the Mac Rihanna Lipstick and Lipgloss collection

Hello, heres my thoughts on the Mac Rihanna lipstick and lipgloss collection
We shall first look at the lipstick Riri Woo which is a retro matte finish. It cost £15.50 from the mac counter. If we first look at the packaging, it has a beautiful rose gold colour which seems to be everywhere at the moment, then it has Rihanna’s signature on the front and on the lid in a hot pink colour which personally think looks amazing. The texture of this lipstick is very drying, so you need to make sure you use a lip balm or primer before hand, and use a lip brush to apply to the edges, the colour of this lipstick is what I call a pinky red with a hint of blue in, it looks amazing on either pale skin tones or tanned skin tones. The smell is amazing, like all mac lipsticks it has a sweet vanilla smell.
I give this lipstick a 5star:) Highly recommend if you like matte lipstick
This is the lipstick Viva glam Rihanna which is a frost. It cost £15.50 from mac counter. All the profits of this lipstick goes to the Viva Glam charity which is an aids charity. The packaging is lovely and it is a dark red colour and has a smooth rubbery sort of feel to it. Dont let it being a frost put you off, as it did with me at first as I don’t normally go for.The texture of this lipstick is buttery smooth and goes on AMAZING. You don’t need to put a lip balm underneath this. The colour is very different to the original Rihanna lipstick, its a few shades lighter and has a gold sheen, which looks amazing on the lips. Any skin colour again can get away with this lipstick
I give this lipstick 5 star :) Highly recommend.
This is the lipgloss that goes with the lipstick above it is called Viva Glam Rihanna Lipglass. The cost of this is £14.5o from mac counter. This lip glass is very smooth and is not sticky at all. The packaging has the same rubbery smooth lid as the lipstick has and is the same colour packaging. Now this looks lovely by itself, but even more AMAZING on top of the above lipstick.
The actual colour is a sheer pinky red colour with a shot of gold shimmer running through it, which actually shows on the lips. The smell is the same as the lipsticks, that lovely sweet vanilla smell.
I give this lip glass 4 star, Recommend!!!
 Swatches of the lip products

Bottom: Viva Glam Rihanna Lipglass
Thankyou for reading :) xx

Review on Neutrogena Visibly Clear 2-in-1 Wash/Mask

Heres my thoughts on the Neutrogena Visibly clear 2-in-1 Wash/Mask.This mask costs £3.79.
I have used this mask for the past year or so and its safe to say I absolutely LOVE it.
Now I use this product in a couple different ways, depending on what type of result I want. This product is white and very thick and smells just like clay. I have acne-prone sensitive skin, and this works amazing. So if it works for me, it will definitely work for you.
My first way of using this product is as a face wash, so just like all cleansers, you wet your face and rub this product into the skin, including your eyes, but just be careful round them, then just rinse off the cleanser with warm water and a cloth. It works wonders and removing makeup, even waterproof makeup. Its nothing special though as a wash. Best used as a mask :)
Second way I use this product is a 5 minute mask, is when I’m in the bath and I have shampooed my hair and I have a hair mask in, I apply this product onto the skin in a thick layer, not near the eyes though, and let it sit for 5 minutes, then I rinse it out. Now by doing this I notice a ‘refresh’ in my skin and it seems a little smoother and softer, and redness goes down slightly.
But my personal favourite way of using this product is as above applying all over the face thickly and actually sleeping with it on all night, and rinsing off in the morning. Now obviously theres a few cons with doing this as it can be on the pillows sometimes and get everywhere. But this doesn’t stop me doing this, as what this does for my skin is amazing, it clears my blackheads in my nose and also reduces the size of spots that I may have on my skin. I would recommend doing this once a week and you will notice a big difference in the texture and softness of your skin.
You get 150ml of product and it lasts ages, it will last me about 4-5 months.
Highly recommend this product!! 5 stars!! :)
